The tension control is often needed in the area of winding processing, and the actual tension of the line and belt at this time is determined by the above formula.
2. Slip power calculation

During operation, the tension and torque control control device consumes power to do work, which is converted into heat.Therefore, each control device has a rated allowable slip power.Beyond this allowable slip power, the device will burn out due to overheating.
When choosing a tension or torque control device, the torque of the device should be considered first and then checked by the allowable slip power.
